Nomination text:
In this work, the authors demonstrated a transparent polymer solar cell made by solution processing. Transparent photovoltaics can find a lot of applications like windows, displays, etc. Here, the author demonstrated an efficiency of 4% with a transmittance of 66%. This is a good combination of efficiency and transmittance.
