Nomination text:
In this work, the author talked about the fabrication, the properties and the application of
nanocrystalline tin(IV) oxide nanoparticles. Tin oxide films produced here have been used as an electron transport layer in organic photovoltaic cells with conversion efficiencies above 5% under AM1.5G testing conditions. This material can be used in a variety of optoelectronic applications that require low-temperature deposition procedures, including batteries, logic circuits, and transparent electronics.
