To obtain the diffraction information of protein through x-ray is a big challenging for crystallography. This work by collecting 3000000 diffraction and reconstruct the 3d structures for the protein provide new way to research protein. With femto-second laser, we can expect in the future we may study the folding process of protein through the advanced technology.
